    • If you uninstall our mobile application from your device, the unique Pua & Lei identifier associated with your device may continue to be stored. If you re-install our mobile application on the same device, Pua & Lei may be able to re-associate this identifier to your previous transactions.

    • This Site uses third party social media widgets such as buttons or similar mechanisms from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google. We will provide the requested information to you via an email response. Please allow 30 days for our response. Please be informed that we are required to respond to only one request per customer each year, and not to respond to requests made by means other than via this email.

    • Also, if you are a California resident under 18 years old and a registered user of the Site, you can request us that content or information that you have posted to our Site be removed. Please however be informed that responding to your request may not ensure complete or thorough removal from our Site (e.g., due to any reposting of content or information).     Fresh lei require special care and packaging to help maintain quality during transit.

    Local Pickup & Delivery:

    • Local pickup may be available for select orders.

    • Limited local delivery may also be available depending on location and event size. Delivery fees vary by distance.

    IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES

    • Pua & Lei is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

    • We highly recommend placing orders early during graduation and peak celebration seasons.

  • RETURN POLICY

    • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.


    DAMAGED ITEMS

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will review your case to determine the best resolution.


    INCORRECT ITEMS

    • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

    • We will provide a return label for the incorrect item and send out the correct product once the return is in process.

  • CREATIVE EXPERIENCE / EVENT BOOKINGS

    • To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount will be applied toward your total balance.

    • Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received.

    OFFERED EXPERIENCES

    Pua & Lei offers a range of hands-on, creatively led experiences via PLEI. by Stüdio Sel•Küth, including:

    • Lei Stand

    • Bloom Bouquet Bar

    • Lei Workshops

    Each experience is designed with intention and may vary in setup, materials, and overall offering.

    PRICING & STRUCTURE

    • All PLEI. experiences require a minimum booking of $150, which includes up to 6 guests.

    • Experiences are offered in 2-hour or 4-hour service windows.​​

    • Full pricing details will be provided at the time of inquiry.

      • Additional guests, extended time, and add-ons are available at an additional cost

      • Pricing may vary depending on the selected experience, package, or tier

    PAYMENT TERMS

    • The remaining balance must be paid prior to your scheduled event.

    • Final guest count and total will be confirmed ahead of your booking. Any additions must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

    ​

    CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

    We understand that plans can shift.

    • All deposits are non-refundable

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of your event may be subject to additional fees up to the full booking amount

    • Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability

    GUEST COUNT

    • A minimum booking of 6 guests is required.

    • Final guest count must be confirmed prior to your event. Additional guests must be approved in advance and are not guaranteed day-of.

    ​

    SETUP & SERVICE

    • Each booking includes a dedicated setup and service window within your reserved time.

    • Hosts are responsible for providing adequate space and timely access for setup. Delays may shorten the service window.

    CUSTOMIZATION

    • All PLEI. experiences are creatively led and may include custom elements.

    • Details, materials, and personalization must be confirmed prior to your event. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

    • All pricing, offerings, and availability are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

    LIABILITY

    • PLEI. is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury that occurs during the course of the event outside of our direct service.

    RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

    • PLEI. is built around shared, intentional experiences. We ask that all guests respect the space, materials, and flow of each setup.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
