  • Ground or Priority Shipping (Free Shipping when applicable/offered) to the US 50 States. Extra postage required for US Territories and International addresses

  • All items under the "CUSTOMIZE" collection are shipped as Priority Mail

  • Please allow up to 21 business days for all custom lei orders to be processed, created, and shipped out

  • Shipping for all US Domestic orders for custom lei orders will take 3-8 business days

  • Shipping for all International orders for custom lei orders will take 7-21 business days

 

  • We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by mail carriers once the order is scanned into the Post Office

  • If you have not received your order 2 weeks after tracking is sent, please contact us so we can resolve the issue to the best of our abilities
